What is coaching?
‘Coaching raises self awareness and identifies choices’ (Jenny Rogers). It is for people who want to improve their situation and achieve goals. The need for coaching often arises because of a change happening in someone’s life.
Coaching takes place over a series of conversations. The coach will use a combination of observation, questioning, listening and feedback which will challenge and support the client in finding new, more effective, ways of working or living.
